My name is Dave, and I am the owner and General Manager of SERVPRO of Tri Cities West. Being a part of the daily operations of my restoration business gives me the opportunity to really get to know each of my employees and who they are, not just what they do.
I am thankful to have several employees that have worked for me for several years, as well as new employees who have been a real asset to our team.
Michelle, Petra & Jose have been with me for over 10 years. Michelle is the heart and soul of SERVPRO and is the person you can always go to for advice. I am thankful for Petra because she is loyal and hardworking, and for Jose because is genuine and he’s great with our customers.
Brooklynne & Matayo have been with me for over 5 years. I appreciate Brooklynne because she is more than an employee; she is a friend to everyone and is the familiar voice our customers hear throughout the process of their jobs. Matayo is one of the most reliable people I know and I am thankful for his thorough knowledge of our industry.
Kelsey & Tonya are my marketers and have both been with me for several years. Kelsey’s smile lights up the room and she is awesome at writing Emergency Plans, and I’m thankful for Tonya’s big heart and that she exceeds expectations on every task thrown at her.
Lilly has been with me for several years as well and is great comic relief around the office. She is one of our bilingual translators and has learned multiple areas of our business.
Vince, Erick & Brian are the newest members of our team and have all hit the ground running. Vince is great with customers, Erick is a very hard worker, and Brian has natural leadership skills.
SERVPRO could not provide such outstanding service to our customers without the joint effort of each employee, and I am thankful to all of them for continuing to learn, exceed my expectations, and help our business grow.
