Personal Protective Equipment on Job Sites

PPE isn't to protect workers from disinfectants, but to help protect the space from workers. PPE helps protects workers if there are suspected/known viral pathogens present. Our team suited up to complete a preventative cleaning at a local Benton City, WA commercial building.

Now That's Customer Service!

MONDAY MOTIVATION: "When you are kind to others, it not only changes you, it changes the world."- Harold Kushner

The work we do isn't for the insurance companies, agents, or adjusters. Our goal is always to take care of our customer, which can go far beyond the services we offer.

This sweet lady has smoke damage in her home from a fire. While Tonya was on site last week, she had the opportunity to go above and beyond for this woman who was unable to drive her car but needed to go to the grocery store. Tonya drove her to the store, helped her shop and unload her groceries. She was so grateful and it made her day.

Thank you Tonya for your heart of gold and genuine care for others. ??

What a great experience spending the day with the Kennewick Fire Department Station #5! At SERVPRO of Tri Cities West, our techs always go in after the fact to clean up the fires and medical scenes, but SERVPRO was able to go on calls with them and even helped them train by playing the 'damsel in distress' on a building and being rescued with the ladder truck. An amazing and group of men and women! So much strength, dedication and courage! Thank you for all you do!
